Hey there, today I’m here with few tips about how to reduce body fat in very easy steps. You just need to change some of your daily routine habits, and you DON’T NEED TO DO DIETING for reducing fat from your body, dieting makes you weaker from inside and results in weaker immune system.

So, here are 10 tips about how to lose body fat:

1.Stay Hydrated

60% of our body is made up of water. It is the most essential need of your body. Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day.

This will make your skin glow and will keep you healthier.

2. Replace your vegetable oil with olive oil

Olive oil is the oil with very less fats and is very light, also this helps to control cholesterol and reduce heart issues. Whereas, a normal vegetable oil does not offer so much of advantages. It just contains fat, that is not good for health.

So people, go for olive oil.

3. Green tea

Green tea is the best antioxidant. If you drink 3-4 cups of green tea in a day, you will definitely start shedding weight.

This tea is best for shedding the abdominal weight. Also, it clears up the dead cells from body.

4. Avoid oily and fatty foods

You need to sacrifice something to gain something.

In order to lose weight, you need to boycott fast food. Say a big NO to oily stuff. Fats are stored by our body, hence it becomes very difficult to reduce them later, isn’t it better to Avoid the fatty foods before it gets too late?

5. Go for Jogging

Here comes my Favorite activity of the day, JOGGING.

Going for jogging early in the morning is very beneficial for our body. The fresh air in the morning makes us cool and calm and helps us to reduce the fat from our body in much better way. The calories are burned more easily while jogging, but don’t forget to be strong and patient.

6. Walk after meal

This is a golden tip. Never Ever sit or lay down After having meal. Try to walk, either walk in the room only, or go out for a long walk. This will start burning the food you just had.

7. Go for your favorite exercise

Its Exercise time!! Go for your favorite exercise. Whatever physical activity you love, Go for it. Playing badminton, skipping rope, swimming, cycling, dancing etc. all these activities could shed fat from your body, and the best part of it is, you don’t have to do much efforts, you are only doing what you love to do, and now you know how it can help you.

8. Make fruits Your Best Friend

Fruits are known for its quality of rich in fiber and low in calories and fat. They help you to shed weight and feel fuller.

Go for apple, banana, grapes, cherries, pineapple, apricot. etc.

Watermelon and melon are best fruits when you want to shed your weight.

9. Lemon juice in the morning

Take a glass of warm water, add teaspoon of honey, and stir lemon juice in it.

This magical drink will definitely work. But don’t replace honey with sugar. Sugar contains carbohydrates.

Drink it early in the morning the very moment you wake up. It eliminates the waste products from body easier.

10. Few changes in your diet

You just need to do few changes in your diet, and ta-da you are ready to shed that unwanted irritating fat from your body. Those miracle changes are:

  • Dispose off the fatty foods
  • Intake protein (yogurt, meat, fish, eggs, nuts) etc.
  • avoid cold drinks
  • eat what is rich in fiber (broccoli, cabbage, green vegetables, mushrooms, beans) etc.
  • Ditch alcohol
  • Start taking salads
  • Have juice
